Reassign multiple ClientPoints from one user to another
Have multiple ClientPoints that need to be reassigned from one user to another user in ClientPoint. Follow these steps to reassign those ClientPoints.
IMPORTANT: There is no automatic undo once a ClientPoint is reassigned to another user. If the ClientPoint(s) were reassigned incorrectly or unintentionally, please go through the steps below to move the ClientPoint(s) back and reassign it to the correct user.
- In ClientPoint, go to Manage
- On the Manage screen, click More and choose Bulk Edit
- On the Bulk Edit screen, select the ClientPoint(s) to be reassigned.
- Click "Bulk Edit" once you've selected your ClientPoint to bring up the right-hand menu.
- On the right-hand side, choose "Edit Rep" and from the drop-down, select the Rep whom you'd like to reassign the ClientPoint(s).
- Click "Save Changes" to save.
- You're done!
Update Assigned to within the ClientPoint
- Go to the "Manage" section and select the ClientPoint you want to reassign, then click Edit.
- Select Info.
- Open the Assigned to drop-down and select the user you want to assign the ClientPoint to, then click Save and Continue.
