Reassigning a ClientPoint to another user is an essential feature that ensures smooth workflow transitions and efficient collaboration within the ClientPoint system. Whether a team member is leaving, changing roles, or simply needs to delegate responsibilities, this process allows you to transfer ownership of a ClientPoint to the appropriate user while maintaining all associated data, files, and analytics.

IMPORTANT: There is no automatic undo once a ClientPoint is reassigned to another user. If the ClientPoint(s) were reassigned incorrectly or unintentionally, please go through the steps below to move the ClientPoint(s) back and reassign it to the correct user.
- In ClientPoint, go to Manage
- On the Manage screen, click More and choose Bulk Edit
- On the Bulk Edit screen, select the ClientPoint(s) to be reassigned.
- Click "Bulk Edit" once you've selected your ClientPoint to bring up the right-hand menu.
- On the right-hand side, choose "Edit Rep" and from the drop-down, select the Rep whom you'd like to reassign the ClientPoint(s).
- Click "Save Changes" to save.
- You're done!

Go to the "Manage" section and select the ClientPoint you want to reassign, then click Edit.

- In the Edit window, locate the Owner or Assigned User field. Use the dropdown menu to select the new user to whom you want to reassign the ClientPoint.
