ClientPoint offers email and SMS notifications to keep users informed about important actions on their ClientPoints. These notifications help users track activity and ensure timely responses to interactions.
Email Notifications
Email notifications are sent in the following cases:
- Opened and Viewed: When a recipient opens and views a ClientPoint.
- Downloaded: When a ClientPoint or its attachments are downloaded.
- Shared: When the ClientPoint is shared with someone else.
- Signed: When a recipient signs a ClientPoint.
- Comment Posted: When a comment is posted on a ClientPoint.
- File Upload by Prospect: When a prospect uploads a file to the ClientPoint.
Who receives these notifications?
- Notifications are sent to the user account that is assigned to the ClientPoint.
- Notifications are also triggered if a ClientPoint is shared with the user by another ClientPoint account holder, provided that email notifications are enabled.
Set Up Text Message (SMS) Notifications
For more immediate updates, ClientPoint allows you to set up text message notifications. However, standard data and pricing may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
To set up SMS notifications, follow these steps:
- Go to your profile thumbnail and click View Profile.
- Click Edit Profile.
- From the drop-down menu, select your Carrier.
- Enter your Mobile Number.
- Click Save.
This will enable text message notifications, ensuring you receive real-time updates for any activities related to your ClientPoints.
