Add text areas in your merge document for longer entries. This field type is good for sentences and paragraphs. Change the text "FieldName" for your text area label.

List Merge Tag Syntax
- LIST - tells the system is will be a bulleted list
- ListName - this is the name of the list and will show up as a header
- TEXT - This will create a single line text box
- ColumnName - this is the name of the column where they will enter data

The difference between a Bulleted List and a Table is that in a table there can be multiple columns. See example below of a table with table merge tags.
Table Merge Tag Syntax:
- ROW - tells the system is will be a table
- TableName - this is the name of the table and will show up as a header
- TEXT - This will create a single line text box
- ColumnName - this is the name of the column where they will enter data

Column 1: Item Name
