Step 1: Access Your Welcome Email and Login
- Once you receive your welcome email, click on the System URL link provided to access your ClientPoint account.
- We recommend bookmarking this link for future easy access.
- Tip: If the link doesn’t work, scroll to the bottom of the email and use the activation link.
Step 2: Update Profile Information
- After logging in, go to your profile by selecting your profile thumbnail in the top-right corner and choosing View Profile.
- Here, update your profile information, including contact details, profile photo, email, password, language preferences, and signature.
Step 3: Personalize Your Virtual Office Link
Your virtual office link is your direct online presence within ClientPoint. Here’s how to customize it:
- Email: Connect the correct email address, preferably your work email.
- Virtual Office Link: This link can be customized with your name, making it easy for clients to remember and access.
- Agree to the Terms of Privacy to continue.
Step 4: Brand Your Virtual Office
To make your Virtual Office visually consistent with your company branding, you can add:
- Profile Photo and Company Logo.
- Company Branding Colors: Enter the hex code for your company’s colors to maintain a cohesive brand appearance.
Step 5: Add Content for Your Clients
Your Virtual Office can include helpful resources for clients:
- Upload links, videos, and documents that will be available for your clients to view or download upon accessing your virtual office.
Step 6: Enable ClientPoint E-Signature
- Activate ClientPoint Sign by clicking the Enable ESignature button. This tool allows you and your clients to securely sign documents digitally, streamlining the contract and agreement process.
