Overview
The Management Center in ClientPoint offers a comprehensive set of tools designed to help users manage and control every aspect of their ClientPoints efficiently. This built-in toolbar provides quick access to essential functions within the ClientPoint workflow, making it easier to navigate, edit, monitor, and manage ClientPoints with precision and ease.
To access Manage menu:
- From your ClientPoint homepage, click on Settings.
Key Toolbar Options
- Edit: Access the Info or Files sections directly.
- Quick Edit: Update essential details like Category, Status, and Rep.
- Preview: View a preview of the ClientPoint.
- Analytics: Check analytics for insights on the selected ClientPoint.
- Send: Quickly jump to the Send section.
- Print: Access print and download options.
- Comment: View and add comments on the selected ClientPoint.
- Enable/Disable: Lock or unlock ClientPoint access by enabling or disabling the shared link.
Additional Options under MORE
- Duplicate: Create a copy of a ClientPoint.
- Empty Trash: Permanently delete ClientPoints marked as Trash.
- Externally Signed: Mark as signed for documents signed outside of ClientPoint.
- Bulk Edit: Update multiple ClientPoints at once.
- Download CSV: Export all ClientPoint records as a CSV file.
