If you've lost or forgotten your password, use 'Reset Password'.
To reset your password for ClientPoint:
Step 1: Click "Reset Password" on your login screen.
Step 2: The system will ask you to "Enter your email below and a new password will be emailed to you."
Step 3: Click "Reset Password"
Step 4: An email will be sent to you with your new password. Please login and go to "Profile" to update your password.
