A template is a combination of files, videos and tabs that can be added into your ClientPoint and sent to potential customers with a few clicks. Think of it as a blank canvas, ready for you to add files, videos & links. Once created, a template can be re-used to send to another customer who requires the exact same content.
An Administrator can create Company Wide or Division templates available to all users. A User or Manager can create My Templates that only they would have access to.
There are 4 types of templates:
- Templates are created by the Administrator. If the template division is Company Wide, the template will be available to all users. If a Division is selected, the template is only available to users assigned to the Division.
- My Templates can be created by all users and are automatically added under the My Templates folder in the library.
- One Pass Templates brings together form and tree, subforms, snippets and fragments to give you a power house of features for a world class document generation engine. Combine that with template automation using delete conditions controlling files inclusions and exclusions and you have what we call a One Pass template. - Live Templates are unique in that recipients will see real-time Template updates within any ClientPoints that contain that template. To learn more about creating and managing your Live Templates, click HERE.
