User Types and Security Levels
1. User
- Access Scope: Limited to managing and viewing their own ClientPoints.

Key Permissions:
- Create and manage only their own ClientPoints.
2. Division Manager
- Access Scope: Includes all ClientPoints created by users within their assigned Division.

Key Permissions:
- Manage ClientPoints within the Division.
3. Manager
- Access Scope: Broad access to ClientPoints across the system without Content Library administration rights.

Key Permissions:
- View and manage all ClientPoints across the entire system.
- Limitations: Cannot add, remove, or manage files in the library.
4. Division Administrator
- Access Scope: Full administrative control over their assigned Division.

Key Permissions:
- Manage all ClientPoints in their Division.
- Add or remove files only within the Division folder.
5. Group Admin
- Access Scope: Administrative control over their assigned Workspace.

Key Permissions:
- Manage and edit templates and files within the Workspace.
- View and manage all ClientPoints within the Workspace.
- Add, remove, or update content and settings specific to the Workspace.
6. Administrator
- Access Scope: Complete system-wide access and control.

- View and manage all ClientPoints.
- Full Content Library access, including managing files in both "Company Wide" and "Division" folders.
- Manage all system settings.
