ClientPoint offers a streamlined way to enhance the content experience by enabling users to directly add files, videos, and interactive elements to their ClientPoints. The "Add to ClientPoint" button is your go-to tool for easily uploading content from your computer, offering flexibility to include various media types and features to create an engaging, well-organized presentation for clients or prospects.
This feature allows you to upload content that isn't already available in your Content Library, giving you full control over what gets added. With the option to adjust the order of your added items, you can ensure that your ClientPoint's layout and flow align with your presentation needs.
There are several ways to add content to your ClientPoint. One is through the Content Library. Click here for more information on the Content Library.
But the easiest and best way to get started is to add straight into the ClientPoint directly from your computer. For information on how to create a ClientPoint click here.
Add to ClientPoint is a button in Files where you can upload your content that is not in the library and you can also add files and features to make your ClientPoint more interactive.

Upload Document:
- You can upload a range of document types, such as PDFs, PowerPoints, Excel files, Word docs, and images (e.g., JPG, TIFF). PDFs are recommended for better formatting control, though Excel documents should be properly sized for an 8.5x11 layout to print well.

Add a PDF Drawing
- Allows you to upload and include drawings or sketches in PDF format within your ClientPoint, providing a visual element to enhance your presentation.

Upload Video:
- Add videos directly to your ClientPoint from various formats (.avi, .mp4, .wmv, .flv, etc.). This can be a great way to enrich your content with visual elements.

Add a YouTube Video:
- Easily embed a YouTube video by pasting the shareable link into the ClientPoint. This allows you to integrate external media seamlessly.

Video from Webcam:
- Record and upload a personal message or introduction using your webcam, offering a more direct and engaging way to interact with your recipients. Just make sure to Click "Allow Camera" before starting to record. Recording can also last up to 10 minutes.

Screen Recording:
- Capture your screen for tutorials, walkthroughs, or presentations that can be added directly to your ClientPoint. It will let you choose what tab you wanted to record.

New Google Document:
- Create a new document, spreadsheet, or presentation using Google Docs, which can be integrated directly into your ClientPoint.

Add Cover Page:
- Use the built-in system to create a professional cover page for your ClientPoint, offering a polished, cohesive introduction.

Add Folders:
- Organize content within your ClientPoint by grouping related files into folders, which can be expanded or collapsed for better navigation.

Add Table of Contents:
- Automatically generate a dynamic table of contents to help guide viewers through your ClientPoint's sections. It will automatically add a pdf document with all the contents you ahve in your Library.

Add Webpage:
- Embed functional websites within your ClientPoint. These must be secure (https) and iframe-compatible. You can link to Google Docs, OneDrive files, or any external web content.

- Upload attachments up to 200MB, which will not be viewable within the ClientPoint but can be downloaded by the recipient.

- Add links to specific sections of your ClientPoint, which will appear in the navigation menu for quick access.

- Link your meeting scheduling tool directly within the ClientPoint to allow easy access for recipients to book time with you.

Add Calendar/Scheduler Link:
- If your profile has a meeting scheduler link, you can add it to your ClientPoint to streamline appointment booking for your clients.
