Efficiently managing recipients is a vital part of the ClientPoint platform, allowing you to quickly assign and send your proposals to the right contacts. There are two options. If you have added a contact as a recipient of a ClientPoint before, their information will be stored under "Select Existing". If the contact is new, use "Add New" to add them to your contact database. Both options ensure your recipient database is organized and up-to-date for seamless communication.
Options for Adding Recipients
1. Select Existing
If the contact has been previously added as a recipient, their details are stored in the system. This option allows you to quickly search and select the recipient without re-entering their information.
Steps to Select Existing Contacts:
- Navigate to ClientPoint > Info.
- Click "Select Existing" (highlighted in red on the interface).
- Use the search bar to find the contact by entering their first name, last name, or account details.
- Click on the contact's name, email, or account information to add them as a recipient.
- Click "Done" to return to the Info page.
2. Add New
For first-time recipients, you can create a new contact profile by filling out a simple form. This ensures that all new contacts are saved for future use.
Steps to Add a New Contact:
- Navigate to ClientPoint > Info.
- Click "Add New".
- Complete the contact form, ensuring the recipient’s email address is included (this is required for the send feature).
