We have introduced several key functionalities designed to make the job posting process more efficient and user-friendly for our new users.

Implemented Functionalities

• View Jobs Section: The jobs section is now separated from your global timeline, relationships, and groups. You can easily access this section via the Jobs button in the application header on Desktop or in the bottom navigation on a Mobile device. This dedicated section allows you to focus solely on job-related activities without distractions.
  

• Post a New Job: Creating new job postings is now easier than ever! Our user-friendly interface guides you through the process, ensuring that all essential details are captured accurately. HR professionals can quickly and efficiently post job openings, reaching potential candidates in no time.
  

• Manage a Job: Managing posted jobs is now a breeze. You can easily update job details, extend posting durations, and close job postings when positions are filled. This functionality ensures that your job postings are always up-to-date and relevant.

  • Access the job timeline to see job status, QR code, job link, and job details.

  • Use the Close Job button to close or reopen the job position.

  • Edit job details using the Edit button.

  • View applicants and manage their statuses with filters and search functionality.

  

• Manage an Applicant: Tracking and managing applicants is now more streamlined than ever. You can review applications, schedule interviews, and update applicant statuses with just a few clicks. This ensures a smooth and organized hiring process.

  • Review applicants in the applicant list, mark their fit status, and view their AI scores and even write an internal note. 
    - To mark their fit status, click on the hamburger dots beside their profile.
    
    - Click it and you can choose to view the applicant or mark it among the choices of Good fit, Maybe, Not Fit, and Unrated.
    
    - Additionally, you can add an internal note by opening the applicants chatbot. 
    

  • Click on an applicant to see their timeline, interact with them, and view AI summaries of their applications.

   

• Apply for a Job: Job seekers can apply for job openings directly through our platform. The intuitive application process makes it easy for candidates to submit their resumes and cover letters, increasing the chances of attracting top talent.

  • Job seekers can use a QR code or job link to access the job application page.

  • Fill in the required details, answer pre-screening questions, and submit the application.

  
  

• Meg - Send Summary of Each Applicant to the Hiring Manager: Meet Meg, your new AI assistant! Meg automates the process of sending applicant summaries to hiring managers, ensuring they have all the necessary information at their fingertips. This feature helps streamline communication and decision-making in the hiring process. 
  

• Updates on Relationships/Groups When You're on Jobs Section: To keep you informed and connected, we've included updates on relationships and groups within the jobs section. This ensures you stay aware of any relevant activities or changes while focusing on your job-related tasks.

Detailed Steps to Utilize New Feature

1. Post a New Job:

   • Click the 'POST A JOB' button in the jobs section.

   • Fill in the required job details in the settings drawer, including Job Title, Job Description, Salary, Workplace Type, Job Type, Location, Company Information, Pre-Screening Questions, and Advanced Fields for AI prompts.
     
     
     
     
     

   • Publish the job using the 'PUBLISH' button at the bottom of the drawer.
