Overview of ClientPoint
ClientPoint is an innovative platform designed to streamline client communication by providing a unique combination of documents, images, and videos in a single shareable link. Each ClientPoint generates a customized link, making it easy for recipients to access the shared materials quickly. This feature enhances the efficiency of client interactions, allowing you to manage and share essential content effortlessly. With ClientPoint, you can improve your communication strategy and ensure that clients have all the information they need at their fingertips.
Step-by-Step Process to Create a ClientPoint:

Start by Creating a New ClientPoint:
- From the Home page, click on the + New or New ClientPoint button to begin creating a new ClientPoint.

Complete Information and Add Recipients:
- On the Info page, fill in the required fields (title, description, etc.).
- Add the recipients by typing their email addresses.
- Enable or disable any Recipient Viewer Options such as allowing file downloads or setting expiration dates for viewing. The most popular settings are listed as default.

Save and Continue to Add Files:
- Click Save & Continue to move to the Files section.
- On the right-hand side under Library, you will find the templates and documents stored in your system’s Content Library.
- You can double-click to add files from the library, or use the purple "Add to ClientPoint" button to add content directly from your computer or another source. This allows you to easily incorporate documents, images, or videos into your ClientPoint, creating a fully curated experience.
- Here, you can select multiple file options to enhance your ClientPoint:
- Add Document, Upload PDF Drawing, or Upload Video
- Add YouTube Video or Record Video from Webcam
- Screen Recording, Google Document, Add Cover Page
- Create Folders, Table of Contents, or Add Web Page
- Meeting Scheduler and more options to customize your ClientPoint.
- Use the Hamburger Menu on the right to access additional options, including Split, Conditions, Hide in TOC, Downloadable, Internal, Header TOC, Merge Tool, Save as Template, Merge PPTX, Merge Docx, Print Only, and Add to Library. You can learn more about it here.
- Enable eSign for specific documents to collect signatures directly within ClientPoint.

Preview Your ClientPoint:
- Once you've added content, click Save & Continue to proceed to the Preview page.
- Review the contents and ensure everything is correct before sending.

Send Your ClientPoint:
- On the Send page, share your ClientPoint using one of two options:

Send with ClientPoint - Enables users to share a ClientPoint, including its files and resources, directly with selected clients, team members, or recipients via email.
- Open Directly in My Email: This will generate the link and open it in your default email app for immediate sending.
- Copy to Clipboard: Use this option to copy the link and manually paste it into any platform, such as email, chat, or CRM systems.

Send with ClientPoint - Enables users to share a ClientPoint, including its files and resources, directly with selected clients, team members, or recipients via email.
- On the Send page, share your ClientPoint using one of two options:

Print the Files in your Library
- On this tab, you have the option to select what files you want to be Printed or be Created as PDF.
- Scroll down below and you will see more File Categories that you can print.

View Clientpoint Analytics
- This tab provides analytics for your ClientPoint, Views - including total views, unique viewers, last views, total time spent, Engagement - average time spent, and average time spent on individual files. You can also see a timeline of Activity, such as downloads, shares, and notes.
- You can choose to view analytics either internally or externally. The best part of this feature is the option to export your analytics for free. Learn more about the ClientPoint Analytics here.
