Disable Meg
- Before initiating any tests, ensure that Meg is currently disabled. This allows you to test her responses without making them visible to all relationships, ensuring a controlled environment for evaluation.
Enter Prompts

To fully leverage the capabilities of ClientPoint AI Pro (Meg), it's important to set her up with specific training prompts. This process allows you to align her responses with your unique communication style and business requirements.
To begin, click on the Train button and enter the specific prompts that guide Meg’s responses. This customization helps her reflect your preferred tone, terminology, and approach, ultimately enhancing the overall client experience.

Save Changes
- Once you have entered your desired prompts, click Save Changes to confirm your settings and prepare Meg for testing.

- Activate the Test mode for Meg AI by clicking the toggle. In this mode, you will interact with Pat, the AI Assistant Tester, an imaginary persona designed for testing purposes. Type messages in the action bar to see how Meg responds to various scenarios. This step is crucial for evaluating whether her responses align with your expectations.
