Are your users reporting that they are unable to access/see the ClientPoint Visualforce Page on their Opportunities, Accounts and/or Contacts and are seeing this error message: Insufficient Privileges, you can't access this component. Contact your Salesforce admin.
If yes, please follow these steps to give the users permissions to see the Visualforce Page:
- Go to Setup
- Using "Quick Find" search for "Profiles"
- Select "Profiles" and edit the profile that are assigned to the users that should see the ClientPoint Visualforce page in Salesforce
- Look for "Enable Visualforce page access" or "Visualforce Page Access" and click on the link
- On the Visualforce Page Access, click the "Edit" button
- Add the following into the "Enabled Visualforce Pages" column

- Paperless.AccountProposals
- Paperless.ContactProposals
- Paperless.OpportunityProposals

- Click "Save"
- Your users should see ClientPoint and be prompted to authorize if it's their first time accessing ClientPoint in Salesforce.
If users are still unable to access/see ClientPoint in Salesforce after following the steps above, please check the following:
- Is the ClientPoint Visualforce Page called "OpportunityProposals" added to the Opportunity Layout assigned to this user? If not, click here and follow the steps.
- Does the user's email in Salesforce match the email associated to the user in ClientPoint? If not, please make sure they are they same.
