The ClientPoint Content Library allows you to store and manage web links that can be shared seamlessly with clients, keeping all essential resources in one place. With this feature, you can add both secure and non-secure links: both of the links open in a new tab. This provides flexibility and ease in accessing and sharing resources with clients, including web pages that can help close deals and streamline communication.
Steps to Add a Link to Your ClientPoint Library:
- Log In to Your ClientPoint Admin Account

- Go to your ClientPoint home page, click on the Settings tab, and select Content Library.

Add a Link to the Library
- Within the Files section, click the blue “Add to Library” button, then select Add a Webpage.

Enter Link Details
- Input the following details:
- Webpage URL: Enter the full URL of the page you wish to add.
- Library Name: Add a label for internal reference.
- TOC (Table of Contents) Name: This name will be visible to clients in their navigation.
- Enable the Open website in a new tab option if it is a non-secure link, ensuring client accessibility, of if you do not want to iframe it within the ClientPoint experience.
- Input the following details:

Set Permissions and Visibility
- Define deletion permissions (e.g., “Required - User cannot delete from ClientPoint”) to control who can manage the link.
- Select the visibility of the link, choosing to make it available Company-Wide or Division-Wide.

Finalize and Save
- Once all details are entered, click Submit to add the link to your Library.

Manage Your Links
- On the Content Library page, you’ll see your newly added link. Here, you have options to edit, delete, move files, download the original link, and more.
