In ClientPoint, the default title of a downloaded ClientPoint document is “proposal.” You can customize this title in Themes to make it more relevant to your specific needs. Here’s a step-by-step guide to setting or editing the download title.

Steps to Set or Edit the Download Title:

Log In to Your ClientPoint Admin Account
- Access your Admin Account in ClientPoint.
Go to Themes
- From the home page, click on the Settings tab.
- Select Themes from the Settings page.
Edit the Default Theme
- Open your default theme by clicking Edit.
- Scroll down and expand Advanced Settings.
Customize the Download Title
- Locate the field for Merged Document and Download ClientPoint Naming Standard.
- Enter your preferred title in this field, then click Save Changes.

Download a Sample Document
- Go to Manage and open any ClientPoint.
- Navigate to the Preview tab.

Download with Updated Title
- In the upper-right corner, select the Download icon.
- Choose PDF Selected Files.
- The document will download with the title you customized in Themes.
The downloaded file will now display your updated title, providing a clear and professional label that reflects your chosen naming convention.
