Sending an invitation to a client:
So, you sent a ClientPoint to your prospect/client and you are ready to meet with them and you'd like to use their own ClientPoint portal. Here are the easy steps below:
1. Go to Manage, preview their ClientPoint portal. Click Enable Meeting and it will prompt you to allow microphone and camera access.
2. Click Meeting Progress Join Here
3. Set up Device Settings and you may also upload a background or blur a background:
4. You have already enabled the meeting so your prospect/client may now be able to join the meeting.
From the client's side:
Click Join Meeting Now and follow the same steps above.
