ServiceTitan is a software platform designed for home service businesses such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other field service industries. It provides tools for managing scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, customer communication, and other aspects of running a service-based business.
Integrating ServiceTitan with your ClientPoint account, you can effortlessly share essential customer information from your ServiceTitan account into your ClientPoint system. This streamlined process automatically populates the appropriate fields in ClientPoint, allowing you to dedicate your time to critical tasks such as delivering exceptional service and growing your business.
Part 1: Get your Tenant ID
To integrate ServiceTitan with ClientPoint, you'll need to submit a Integration request. To do that, we need to know your ServiceTitan Tenant ID.
Follow the steps below to locate your Tenant ID.
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Go to Integrations > API Application Access.
- You will see your Tenant ID on the right.
- Copy this Tenant ID and proceed to Part 2.
Part 2: Request for integration
- Log in to your ClientPoint account
- Navigate to the Settings page
- Select the Integration option
- Under the CRM Integration, find the Service Titan integration
Note: If the ServiceTitan integration section is not visible in your ClientPoint account, reach out to support at support@clientpoint.net or contact your Client Success Coordinator for assistance. - Click Request for Integration

Enter Tenant Id & hit Submit
- System will show a success message after submission
- Your request will be reviewed. Once approved, one of our ClientPoint team members will reach out and you can proceed with Part 3 below.
Part 3: Get your Service Titan’s Client Secret and Client ID for ClientPoint
To start login into your ServiceTitan account, then follow these steps:
- Go to Settings
- Navigate to the Integrations
- Select API Application Success
- Click on Connect New App
- Select ClientPoint from the list and click Connect
- Select the No restriction option and click Allow Access
- Generate Client Secret
- Copy Client ID, Client Secret & save it for Step 3
Step 3: Add Client Secret and Client ID to ClientPoint
- Log in to your ClientPoint account
- Navigate to the Settings page
- Select the Integration option
- Under the CRM Integration, find the Service Titan integration & click Manage
- Enter your Client Secret & Client ID, hit Submit
Note: You will see the Manage button after your integration request has been approved by ClientPoint.
