In an era of remote communication, ClientPoint supports seamless client interactions by allowing you to integrate and host Zoom meetings directly within your ClientPoint proposals. This feature enhances client engagement, enabling real-time communication and boosting the efficiency of closing deals. Below, we guide you through the steps to enable and utilize Zoom meetings in ClientPoint.
Step-by-Step Guide to Enabling Zoom Meetings
Add Your Online Meeting Link to Your Profile:

- Navigate to the Settings tab at the top right of your screen.
- Select the User & Permissions tile.
- Choose your profile and click Edit.
- Enter your Zoom meeting link in the Meeting Link field and save the changes.
Add the Meeting Link to Your ClientPoint:
- Open the ClientPoint you wish to customize and go to the Files section.
- From the Add to ClientPoint dropdown, select Add Meeting.
- Ensure that the meeting link has been correctly added for client use.
Customize the ClientPoint Experience:
- For a personalized touch, add the client's logo or picture in the recipient area. This will display during the meeting and enhance the visual experience.
Enable Real-Time Meeting Notifications:
- ClientPoint notifies you in real-time when a client clicks the meeting link.
- View the status of active clients and identify who is online from the Manage screen. This insight allows you to initiate timely conversations and potentially close deals on the spot.
Activate the Zoom Meeting:
- Go to the Preview section of the ClientPoint.
- Click the Enable Meeting button. This will prompt a pop-up window on the client’s end with options to "Join Now" or "Schedule for Later" if integrated with Zoom.
