How to Assign a Language to Your Client’s Viewer
To assign a language for a recipient viewer, follow these simple steps:

Access the ClientPoint:
- You have the option to create a new ClientPoint or open an existing one in the Manage tab.

Set the Viewer Language:
- On the Info Page, locate the “Viewer Language” dropdown on the bottom right of the screen.
- Choose the client’s preferred language from the available options: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, or Dutch.
- Click Save & Continue to confirm the selection.

Upload and Send Files:
- Go to the Files tab and add relevant files or documents for the selected ClientPoint.

- When ready, send the ClientPoint link to the recipient.

Recipient Experience:
- The recipient will see the ClientPoint interface in their chosen language (e.g., German). The attached files, however, will remain in their original language.

- Additionally, Senders receive a notification confirming the client’s language setting upon opening the ClientPoint link. Recipients and Senders can also use browser translation features, like Google Translate, for added flexibility.
