Overview
ClientPoint allows you to set an expiry date on a ClientPoint link, ensuring that customers can only access it within a specified timeframe. This can be helpful when you need to manage access for time-sensitive information or control the availability of the content shared. Additionally, you have the option to enable or disable the link, offering you full control over the accessibility of your ClientPoint.
How to Set an Expiry Date for a ClientPoint Link

Go to the Send Section:
- When your ClientPoint is ready to be shared, navigate to the Send section.
-
Set Expiry Date:

- Alternatively, for a quicker setup, you can choose from preset options: 30, 45, 60, or 90 Days. Selecting one of these options will automatically set the expiration date based on your choice.
-
Client Access After Expiry:
- If a client tries to access the ClientPoint after it expires, they will be directed to a landing page where they’ll be prompted to enter their email address.
-
- This feature provides tracking analytics, allowing you to monitor who attempted to access the expired link.
-
Client Experience Upon Expiry:
- Once expired, clients will see a 'ClientPoint is Disabled' message, confirming that the content is no longer available.
