ClientPoint now allows users to enable the "Copy Link" icon in more places within the platform, making it easier to share ClientPoint links quickly and conveniently. Whether you're in the Manage Screen, previewing, editing, or sending a ClientPoint, this feature allows you to copy the shareable link with a single click.
Steps to Enable the "Copy Link" Icon
To activate this feature across various pages in your ClientPoint account, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings: Navigate to your settings area within ClientPoint.
- Click Advanced Settings: In the settings menu, select the Advanced Settings option.
- Enable the Option: In the Advanced Configuration tab, find the option that says "Enable copy ClientPoint on all pages". Toggle this setting to activate it.
Save Changes: Don't forget to click Save to apply your changes.
How to Use the Copy Link Feature
Once the feature is enabled:
- On the Manage Screen: Hover over the ClientPoint you want to share. You will see a green "link" icon that, when clicked, copies the ClientPoint URL to your clipboard.
- When Previewing or Editing: You'll also see the "Copy Link" icon at the top of every tab while previewing or editing a ClientPoint.
After clicking the icon, a confirmation message will appear, letting you know that the link has been copied successfully.
