Overview
In ClientPoint, the default library view is set to display files only. However, to enhance user experience and flexibility, administrators can enable a Thumbnail View option within Advanced Settings. This update allows teams to switch between the standard File View and the Thumbnail View, making it easier to explore and identify content visually. By enabling Thumbnail View, users gain the flexibility to choose a display option that best suits their workflow, improving both accessibility and navigation within the content library.
Enabling Thumbnail View
To enable Thumbnail View for your team, follow these simple steps:
- From Homepage, navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings > Advanced Configuration.
- Under Miscellaneous Configuration, locate the option for "Enable Thumbnail View."
- Toggle this option to enable Thumbnail View.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Once enabled, your team will have the choice to switch between File and Thumbnail views, making it easier to find and work with content.
