With Library, your digital assets are available to everyone team member to search, view, download, share and add into a ClientPoint. Digital assets are any content that can be stored digitally. Store your digital assets in the ClientPoint Content Library and share the content inside or outside of your organization.
The following features are available as part of Library when Digital Asset Management is enabled in Advanced Settings by an Administrator:
- Library access with a thumbnail view of files & folders
- Share any file from the library and get a link to share
- Add any library file to the existing ClientPoint
- Get the list of all shared files on Manage by toggling "Quick Send" to on
- Download your digital assets
Things to know:
- As of now only static documents will be visible in Library.
- All advance merge documents can only be accessed from within a ClientPoint on the File screen.
- Videos are not available to be downloaded, videos can only be shared using "Share" to generate a unique link.
How to enable the Digital Assets Management feature?
Your System Administrator can enable the Digital Assets Management feature to show "Library" to all users. To enable this please follow these steps:
- Go to Settings
- Advance Settings
- Advance Configuration
- Miscellaneous Configuration
- Under Miscellaneous Configuration, find "Enable Digital Assets Management" and toggle the switch to green and click "Save"
How users can access library to share or download?
Once Digital Assets Management is enabled in your system, all users will see Library as an option in the top navigation menu.
In your library
Users can achieve a few different actions, which consist of:
- Download the digital assets within the content library
- Share a link to anyone inside and outside of your organization
- Add the asset into any existing ClientPoints
- Preview
See list of files you've shared
To get the list of all shared files go to Manage. On Manage, toggle "Quick Send" to on to see a list of all files shared from the Library. Real time notifications and analytics is tracked for all files shared from the Library.
