Your ClientPoint system lets you set an expiration date on the unique URL you create via ClientPoint. Once the expiration date is passed your client is unable to access the link and any of its files.
In order to set an expiration date please use the calendar given on the SEND page to set a certain date or set an expiration based on a number of days like 35/40/60/90 days. Please find a screenshot below:
In order to disable the expiry date please delete the expiration date and hit Save & Continue to make it accessible to your clients again.
