- Click the Administration ribbon tab at the top of your screen.
- Click Options > Interface Setup Wizard.
Result: The Interface Setup Wizard window opens. - Click the Digital Marketing tab, located on the right-hand side of the window.
- Click the ClientPoint button , located on the left-hand side of the window.
Result: The ClientPoint Setup window opens. - Enter the API Access Key, API Key, and User Name (which was assigned during the ClientPoint purchase process) into their respective fields.
- Click the Test Connection button.
Result: A confirmation prompt appears. - Click OK.
Result: An informational prompt appears, confirming a valid connection has been established. - Click OK again, and once more to close the Setup window.
Assigning Individual Log-ins to Caterease Users
- Click the Administration ribbon tab, located at the top of your screen, and choose Security.
- Click the Users tab and access the User Security Details window for the desired user by double-clicking the user name.
- Click the Interfacing tab.
- Enter the user name into the User Name field located within the ClientPoint Setup area.

- From an event in Event Manager, click Prints > General > ClientPoint.
Result: The Export to ClientPoint window opens. - Select an e-mail recipient by clicking the Select button , located on the right-hand side of the window, or add a new one by clicking the Add button , also located on the right-hand side of the window.
Note: This interface utilizes an e-mail validation; you must therefore provide a valid e-mail address. - If adding a new e-mail address, type the Last and First names into their respective fields, then enter the e-mail address.
- Add the desired prints by clicking on the print title from the left-hand pane and then clicking the arrow button , which will move the print to the right-hand pane.
- [Optional] Click the Print Preview button to view the print before you send it.
- Click the Send button to send to ClientPoint.
Result: An informational prompt appears. - Click Yes.
Result: The ClientPoint window opens. - Click through the various tabs in ClientPoint and make any edits or additions as desired.

Reviewing Sent Proposal Status
- From an event in Event Manager, click the ClientPoint button , located in the Tools drop-down menu.
Result: The ClientPoint Proposals window opens, listing the date the document was sent, along with the attached files.
- Click the Add New Proposal File button , located at the upper right-hand side of the screen.
Result: The Export to ClientPoint window opens. - Add the desired prints by clicking on the print title from the left-hand pane and then clicking the arrow button, which will move the print to the right-hand pane.
