It provides a variety of tools to filter, organize, edit, and track your ClientPoints, helping you stay on top of your work and streamline the client management process. Key Features of the Manage Screen
- Quick Access to ClientPoints: The Manage Screen gives you a one-click overview of all your ClientPoints. From here, you can easily navigate through different options, making it simpler to handle large numbers of ClientPoints.

Edit Functionality:
- Edit Button: Clicking the Edit button allows you to quickly access the Info and Files sections of any ClientPoint. This is helpful when you need to make changes or updates to a specific ClientPoint without going through multiple screens.
Quick Edit Button: The Quick Edit feature enables you to bulk edit attributes such as category, status, representative, market, and region for multiple ClientPoints at once. This is particularly useful when you need to update multiple ClientPoints simultaneously.

Other Shortcuts: Several shortcuts are available right at the top of the Manage screen:
- Delete: Remove ClientPoints that are no longer needed.
- Preview: View the ClientPoint before making changes or sending it.
- Analytics: Analyze the performance and engagement of the ClientPoint.
- Send: Send the ClientPoint to clients directly from the Manage Screen.
Comments and Team Collaboration:
- You can add Internal Comments for team members to see by selecting the ClientPoint and clicking on the Comment button. This is perfect for internal communication, allowing team members to discuss or leave notes on specific ClientPoints.
- Admins can add comments, and reps assigned to the ClientPoint will be notified of these updates. Older comments are stored under Past Comments for easy reference.
Enabled/Disabled ClientPoint Links:
- The Enabled feature allows you to toggle ClientPoint links on or off. This is useful when you want to temporarily deactivate a ClientPoint without permanently deleting it. Just select the ClientPoint and adjust the toggle as needed.

- Duplicate: Create a copy of a ClientPoint to use as a template or for other purposes.
- Empty Trash: Clear out all deleted ClientPoints from the system to keep your workspace organized.
Externally Signed: Upload a signed document for proposals that have been signed externally, allowing you to keep all related files in one place.
- Bulk Edit: Trash multiple ClientPoints at once, making mass updates faster and more efficient.
- Download CSV: Export a full summary of your Manage Center data into an Excel CSV file for further analysis or record-keeping.
