Themes in ClientPoint allow businesses to create tailored user experiences by customizing visuals, messaging, and branding. This functionality is particularly valuable for promotions, special campaigns, or personalizing client interactions. By leveraging custom themes, you can strengthen your brand identity and deliver a cohesive, engaging user experience.
Part one: Create your theme
By now you have already set up your business theme and logo. You can also manage your themes by division and create promotions and special messaging
1. Access Theme Settings
Navigate to Settings and select Themes.
2. Add a New Theme
- Click on Add New Theme.
- Make sure to put the Theme Name and choose Workspace will it take effect.
3. Upload your logo in the company logo area and the picture you want as your background on the login screen.
4. For the login background, upload or drag-and-drop an image that complements your branding.
5. Select Save.
If you want to also change the login message select Viewer login style, and Login Welcome Message.
6. Expand the Viewer login style area.
7. Type your message in the Login Welcome Message area. If you need additional formatting options click on the three dots beside the format buttons.
8. Save Changes Your theme is saved.
Part two: Associate your theme with a Division.
Now we are going to associate the theme with a Division.
1. From settings select Workspace
2. From Division select the division that you want the theme to display for and hit Edit in the upper right hand corner.
3. Select the Division in which you want the new theme to display
4. From the dropdown of Default Theme, select your new theme and hit submit.
5. To test, from your Manage Screen you can select any ClientPoint under that Division.
6. Copy the ClientPoint link from a ClientPoint in that Division and paste it into a private or incognito browser window.
Done!! Let the theme fun begin. You can use this for promotion or even create unique Divisions for own virtual office so that when your clients login you can have your own message. Or create one specifically for your clients to personally brand their experience, just like the ClientPoint sales team did for you.
